Support
Write to support@vedicphala.com and a person reads it. There is no ticket queue to navigate and no phone tree.
What to include
These four lines answer most of what we would otherwise have to ask you for, and they turn a two-day exchange into one reply:
- Which phone and which version of iOS or Android
- The app version, shown at the foot of the About screen
- The language the app is set to
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Please do not send passwords. We will never ask for one.
Asking from inside the app
The app can send a report for you, with the version and device details already filled in. Open Phala Chat and describe the problem, or use the feedback option on the About screen. Replies come back to the Messages surface in the app as well as by email.
Subscriptions
Phala + Basic and Phala + Premium are managed by the store that sold them, not by us, so a cancellation has to be made there:
- iPhone and iPad — Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
- Android — the Play Store app, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the subscription running until the period you have already paid for ends. Refunds are handled by the store as well; write to us anyway if something went wrong and we will help you chase it.
Your data
Your charts are encrypted on your own device, and encrypted again before they ever sync, so we cannot read them — which also means we cannot recover them for you if you lose the device without having signed in.
To remove everything, see Delete Account. What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use cover the rest.
One thing we will not do
We do not give personal readings, and we do not sell remedies, gemstones or consultations. Vedic Phala computes and explains a chart; what to make of it is yours. Nothing in the app is medical, legal or financial advice.
