Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, either from within the app or by contacting us directly. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
A full account deletion removes:
- All birth charts and family profiles stored on your device
- Your encrypted chart backups on our servers
- Your account and linked email address (if you signed in with Google)
Anonymised analytics data (astrological cohort bucket — sign and nakshatra) may remain in aggregate analytics for up to 90 days but cannot be linked back to you or your email address after the account is deleted.
Option 1 · Delete from the app
Preferred path. In the Vedic Phala app, open About → Delete all data and confirm. This immediately:
- Deletes all charts and family data from your device
- Deletes your encrypted chart backups from our servers
- Signs you out and resets the app to its initial state
To also remove your linked Google email address: after using the in-app deletion, email us at Phala.Support@piconsultants.us from the Google account you used to sign in. We will delete the authentication record within 30 days.
Option 2 · Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, send a deletion request by email:
Email: Phala.Support@piconsultants.us
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: the Google account email address you used to sign in to Vedic Phala. Send the request from that address if possible, or include it in the message body so we can locate your account.
We will delete your chart backups and authentication record within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm deletion by reply email.
